Directions – from the South (Bridgend)
Pencoed is a small town just outside of Bridgend, and is directly beside Junction 35 off the M4 Motorway, south Wales, UK.
1. Travelling to Pencoed from the Bridgend area (from the South), enter Pencoed using the LEFT EXIT from the (Mercedes Benz dealership) roundabout on the A473 dual carriageway, before you get to the M4 interchange roundabout.
2. Follow the road, passing under the M4 Motorway fly-over. Immediately after the fly-over take the 2nd RIGHT turning (opposite the Maerdy Hotel, left). This is the Heol Croesty estate, once entered take the 4th LEFT and from here I am the 3rd House on the RIGHT. I have a brown bay-window, #71.
Directions – from the North (Pencoed Town)
1. If you are travelling from within Pencoed Town or from the surrounding areas of Brynna, Heol-y-Cyw, Llanharan or Llantrisant.
2. Travel down through the top of Pencoed on Coychurch Road, down toward the Comprehensive & Primary Schools.
3. 200 yards after the Comprehensive & Primary Schools is the Maerdy Hotel (RIGHT), immediately opposite the Maerdy Hotel on the LEFT is the turning for Heol Croesty, take this. Once into the estate take the 4th LEFT and from here I am the 3rd House on the RIGHT. I have a brown bay-window, #71.

Directions – from the M4 Motorway
1. Exit the motorway at Junction 35.
2a. If travelling from the WEST (Porthcawl, Port Talbot, Swansea), use right-hand off-ramp lane and turn right at the roundabout traffic lights to take you under the M4 fly-over toward Pencoed / Bridgend. At next roundabout (Mercedes Benz), take 3rd exit RIGHT.
2b. If travelling from the EAST (Llantrisant, Cardiff) use the left-hand off-ramp lane, this is a flow lane. Once exited off-ramp onto the A473 dual carriageway use the right-hand lane. At next roundabout (Mercedes Benz), take 3rd exit RIGHT.
3. Follow the road, passing under the M4 Motorway fly-over. Immediately after the fly-over take the 2nd RIGHT turning. This is the Heol Croesty estate, once entered take the 4th LEFT and from here I am the 3rd House on the RIGHT. I have a brown bay-window, #71.
